1. Changes to these Terms or the Services

We may update the Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. If we do, we’ll let you know by posting the updated Terms on the Site and/or may also send other communications. It’s important that you review the Terms whenever we update them or you use the Services. If you continue to use the Services after we have posted updated Terms, it means that you accept and agree to the changes. If you don’t agree to be bound by the changes, you may not use the Services anymore. Because our Services are evolving over time we may change or discontinue all or any part of the Services, at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion.

2. Privacy and Copyright Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Service. By using our Service, you agree that we can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.

Using our Service does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Service or the content you access. You may not use content from our Service unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law.

3. Access to our Service

You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes and only if you are 18 years or older, a U.S. resident, capable of forming a binding contract with UMe Projects and not otherwise barred from using the Services under applicable law. If you do not meet these criteria, you agree to immediately discontinue use of our Services. We reserve the right to refuse to provide our Services to anyone at any time.

4. Software in Our Service

We reserve the right to restrict certain of our Services to registered users. In the event that any of our Services requires you to register prior to our granting you access, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information, including but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and to update this information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You may also volunteer additional information to help us provide the Services to you. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account with us to anyone else. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account name and password, and for all activities that occur while logged in under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@takemylowrate.com of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your account.

5. Consent to be Contacted

If you provide, or have provided, a telephone number to us, you expressly agree that we may contact you at that number in order to provide you with informational and service messages, including via text message and/or by using automated telephone technology. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out of text messages by replying “STOP” to the sender. You represent and warrant that you are the authorized subscriber for the telephone number(s) you have provided. Please be aware that we may record or monitor telephone calls for quality assurance.

If you provide, or have provided, an email to us, you expressly agree that we may contact you at that email in order to provide you with informational and service messages, including via email message. You can opt-out of text messages by replying “STOP” to the sender.

6. Our Warranties and Disclaimers

Home Listings on the Services - The monthly mortgage payment and required down payment for each home listed on the Services (each, a “Home”) are estimates calculated using publicly available information and Roam’s proprietary valuation model. Each estimate is not an appraisal, is not binding on any party, and is provided for informational purposes only.

• (a) Visiting a Home Listed on the Services. If you access a Home, you certify and agree that you will do so in compliance with the instructions of the Home’s owner or their designated representative (collectively, the “Seller”). Your access to any Home is subject to any terms and conditions between you and the Seller. Roam is not responsible in any manner for your access to any Home. YOU VISIT A HOME AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. YOU ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISK FOR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS, OR BODILY, MENTAL, OR PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, RELATING TO OR ARISING FROM VISITING THE HOME.
• (b) Buying a Home Listed on the Services. If you contract to purchase a Home listed on the Services, you (“Buyer”) may enter into additional terms and conditions regarding your purchase of the Home (the “Buyer Services Agreement”). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Buyer Services Agreement, the Buyer Services Agreement shall prevail.

7. Google Data Access

Our application requires access to certain information from your Google account to enhance your user experience. Specifically, we access and store the following data:

This information is used solely to create and manage your account within our application. We store this data in our database for the purpose of providing and improving our services to you. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share this information with any third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
